'Same problem here w/ "cancelled" stay.
I was missing points from a stay several weeks ago.
I sent the Diamond Desk team an email with my completed folio and requested the points be credited to my account.
They replied with "We're proud to announce the appropriate points/stay activity has posted to your account. The points didn't originally post because your stay shows as cancelled in our system."
I replied thanking them, but also inquiring about why/how the stay shows as cancelled when I have a completed folio.
The diamond team replied on 8/14 saying "We've contacted the General Manager about your stay. He emailed you directly on 8/12 and is awaiting your response."
Of course, I sorted through my spam, trash, and inboxes and found nothing from the hotel.
Who knows what happened. I got the points/stay posted, so I'm happy.
