We can assist but we need a lot more info in order to be able to help you:
- What did the email say? Was it just the standard confirmation they send a few days before pickup or something else?
- What website did you book at originally?
- Where/when was the rental for? Note that some folks with Hertz rentals in PDX during eclipse weekend have reported some issues lately.
- Can you paste both the initial price breakdown from your original confirmation email as well as the price breakdown of what Hertz.com is now showing for your reservation? Something obviously changed. The key thing is to figure out what (base rate, taxes/fees, etc.).
