Keep in mind this is a mid level hotel, mid level all inclusive experience. Not luxury. I found the food decent, not high end cuisine, but tasty. Drinks are sugary, well alcohol. I did not care for any mixed drink. I enjoyed the red wine (table wine), beer and rum and coke.

But overall I enjoyed it.

If you want more luxury, the Hyatt next door has great reviews, but you pay the price.

On the same trip I stayed at the Hyatt Place for 5K points and went to mall for lunch and down town for dinner. This is more of a budget option.

Tip..Ask when the bike tour is scheduled for, it is free, but limited to 20 people. Bikes are in poor shape, but at least you get out and see some other things.
