It did show up as a charge on our credit card today, so I called the manager who was supposed to straighten this out and he has been out all week. The guy who answered the phone today was the one who checked us in and he did remember our name so now I've got someone who knows we checked in, and someone who knows we checked out (the different guy we gave our keys to the next morning), so will be interesting to see why we were considered no-shows/cancelled reservation.
