Have people had success swapping avios from BA to Iberian? I have 100,000+ avios but have never been able to justify using them (all the reward flights I've looked at on BA give me the same results: multiple ten thousand avios + charges that are almost just as expensive as buying the ticket outright).

As has been said over and over again,using avios for long haul economy seats is very poor value.Avios is not the program for this.European reward flight savers and long haul premium cabins are good value.
