Sometimes, it's easy for us (the employees) to forget that there are people still paying top dollar for their tickets.
Every time the company cuts something they tell us that it's due to the lower air fares. They keep hanging that over our heads and telling us that changes are coming because of it. After a while you forget that even though there are cheap air fares out there - not everyone is paying them.
I can certainly empathize with your concerns over air fares. I hope that, at the very least, we make you feel that your money is well spent. As opposed, perhaps, to paying as much to travel on another airline. I certainly appreciate your business - it keeps me working and out of trouble.
