This
limo service is $50 for a new 5 series with a driver I found more pleasant than the hotel's, and with reliable in-car wifi (unlike the hotel's...). I only stumbled upon it as the IC lounge staff at the airport will call them when the hotel cars are unavailable (and charge it to the room, every point is welcome
). If a hotel car is unavailable they will not propose them, but you can make your own arrangements with them (cash only IIRC).
Taxis are much cheaper but the IC is a destination which doesn't bring out the best in some drivers... I'm personally very tired of haggling with taxis to and from airports, which are my first and last contact with a destination, and ought to make an effort to make a good impression.
For the record I use public transportation whenever safe and convenient, and am certainly not a regular user of hotel cars.
