You could do SIN-(FRA)-JFK on SQ and then JFK-MCO on JetBlue, Delta, or American (UA doesn't operate from JFK).

Or SIN-(MAN)-IAH on SQ and then IAH-MCO on UA. This would be longer but you might find then timing more agreeable.
