Lol! No heavy bags for me. Just taking my B&R carry on (although I might expand it) and a camera backpack that I will wear on the MTR. Not a business trip so I can wear everything a couple of times. I'll study the MTR maps.

How expensive is the 15 minute taxi ride to Central they mention on the hotel's transportation page? Might be a happy compromise.
