I went to the start.de web-site. I don't speak or read any German, but I was able to get to the DB booking page on thier website. I could probably figure the rest of it out, but how would I know if it is a LH flight number and how would I get my LH Sen number in the record? Can I call them and book it over the phone from America? I live in California.

with the 1st class ticket you can use the Bahn.Comfort lounge in Hannover Train-Station and in Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station) or even in FRA airport, if this is your final destination. Trains are more frequent (at least one each hour) than planes on this route and it takes about 2 hours and a few minutes to Frankfurt city and about 15 minutes more to the FRA airport. If you want to go to the city of Frankfurt you are definitively faster by train. If you need to earn miles, it probably makes more sense and is cheaper to take the train to FRA - be there early and then do a mileage run on FRA-QKL-FRA 4000/5000 miles for 3 hours train riding to cologne and back...
