There is but it's horribly wasteful. Chase to Marriott at 1:1, Marriott to SPG at 3:1, SPG to Alaska at 4:5 in lots of 20,000 (1:1 otherwise), so you turn 120,000 Chase into 50,000 Alaska (as opposed to 120k United or BA miles). Unless you don't care about getting good value for your points because you have so many of them, it's a bad deal. You arguably would be better off just using Ultimate Reward to buy a cash coach ticket (and getting miles back).

The best strategy would be applying for Alaska's Bank of America and SPG AMEX cards...
