When there was a relationship between Virgin Atlantic and Virgin American, I believe I could have done it, but with that relationship gone, is there a way to take Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Alaska airlines?

My goal is to use points to go from LAX to New Zealand thru Fiji (stopover in Fiji; Does Alaska award allow up to 4 days still as I can only find 2 day). Trip not planned till Jan 2018 BUT looking to transfer miles now as Chase CC anniversary is upon me and I have two of them and want to get rid of one.

Thoughts from anyone on BEST strategy.
