I received this from the CBP agent yesterday at my daughter's NEXUS renewal appoint at the Vancouver Urban enrollment centre. It is the first actual documentation I have ever seen from CBP/CBSA that says that passport updates MUST be in person. But then it gives a fax number for document updates.
