CitizenM gives 104eur versus 167eur at the Hilton which isn't too bad as I get breakfast as well as HH gold. CX use the BA Lounge and the food offerings aren't great but I don't religiously have breakfast and probably just have a snack or two in the lounge and save myself for lunch on the flight. The CitizenM rate doesn't include breakfast but if you want it you can pay €13.95 upfront as opposed to 16.95 on the day.
Did you you sign up to CitizenM membership? That gives a discount on the room rate.
