was indeed looking to upfare from V to P. I didn't ask for the supervisor, but the agent put me on hold when I mentioned the change fee waiver. I didn't want to directly mention GGBUYUP because I've seen other threads where people suggested not being too much of a know it all with agents. I'll roll my dice on the CPU now, I've about had my fill of UA support for the week.
