Will be transit at SIN on 13th Sep in the morning, arriving 9ish in the morning depart on CX713 to BKK. Done a search and seems both BA & QF lounge will be shut in the morning. T4 is also running an open house from 7 to 20 August, what does this mean?

I couldn't find any real information about the date exactly T4 will open and CX would move. I would assume CX wouldn't have another contract lounge at T4 so hopefully the CX lounge should open as soon as CX moved to T4.

I also found the following from wikipedia: "Cathay Pacific will be the first airline to operate out of Terminal 4, followed by Korean Air, Vietnam Airlines, the AirAsia Group, Cebu Pacific and Spring Airlines."

4 hours seems a long time at Dnata, do you guys think I would be able to visit the new CX lounge on 13th Sep?
