New Zealand offers expedited security processing for Global Entry members, and has done since July 2016 under an agreement between DHS and MBIE to "facilitate travel between the two countries" which apparently does not include New Zealanders having any reciprocal access to expedited processing in the US.

The US government is absolutely terrible at reciprocity.
