Great TR - but wow, total bummer about the pasta. I know it isn't easy to serve pasta in flight but I think it's a dish that can be cooked properly in F. Would it have been possible to get another dish once the pasta turned out to be blah?
I'm definitely surprised that caviar wasn't an option! I assumed caviar was served on all global F.
And no scone with clotted cream???? I even recall getting it on UA C (J) in 1999, LHR/SFO.
