As a reward booking, you can pay the £35 change fee, any extra surcharges, and the avios (or if you can part pay with money, pay the difference in cash, though this is rarely good value) if there is business award availability. I imagine you'd have to phone for that.

Otherwise you could still be eligible for a discounted airport upgrade or a specific offer in MMB.
