just to update: finally got a reply to one of my early SM's asking for a review. A senior account specialist replied saying he reviewed everything and has added the original 50k bonus back onto the citibusiness aa card. it seems i just got unlucky on this app and it screwed up.

but now, i dont know if i can simply SM and ask to match to 75k, let alone 60k...
