I responded to a 9 digits mailer addressed to my Dad (same last name) and I got the "Call us back" message.
My understanding is that the general consensus is to wait for a few days rather than calling back, is that correct?

Normally when I apply I get a "call 1-866-606-2787 for an immediate decision" message, which I ignore. If I later get an email requesting that I call 1-800-320-1537, with a 6-digit reference #, I usually call in.
