Y / W - new or old metal?
I know there are a lot of threads here about the relative merits of F and J seats on new and old kit (747 top deck nostalgia anyone???) but I would be genuinely interested in the same perspective for WT and WT+ travellers for long haul. I am lucky enough not to have had to do any long haul at less than J in a while, but I'm not kidding myself that this will always be the case (in fact we have a leg in WT+ coming up later this year barring an op-up).
So what's the current best WT / WT+ choice? Is it as simple as new planes always better food, seats, IFE etc? or not?
