Personal has 60k offer attached. Business card had a note in the paperwork received in the mail saying not eligible based on recent opening/closure of your citi cards. Online chat rep confirmed the personal card has bonus attached but the business card does not have a bonus attached.

Was able to do personal+business for me and my mother few months ago. not sure why my dad's business app has an issue.

edit: even the annual fee on the business card is not being waived the first year. paperwork says it will charge first statement.
edit: was able to match personal to 75k via SM. business card failed to match saying i was not eligible.
