jmj9905 since you are on a reward flight then no you do not qualify on at least two counts.
1) your ticket class is lower than N.
2) the directional fare is zero, way below the required USD400.
You may qualify for paid STPC if your ticket is a QR ticket (ticket number starts with 157).
