I have a minivan rental with Enterprise from Seattle. We drove to Vancouver and got into a fender bender that make the car inoperable.
Enterprise is completely sold out and does not have a replacement car for me. What are my options? Does Enterprise have any legal obligation to provide me with a replacement car?
I declined the CDW from Enterprise as I have primary car rental coverage through Chase Sapphire Reserve card
