{H}e wrote an article months ago when he got an award ticket and there was something wrong with the seat. He caused a fit on the plane and lashed out at the agents at IAD demanding compensation and when he was not happy with it he demanded more. He has ZERO credibility. He should fly AA or Delta and leave United alone.
