And that's why on a given flight with 30-60 J pax there are going to be thousands of possible interactions by the FA across all pax on the flight. I'm not going to let the FA ruin my flight by not smiling at me or making me hand them my tray...which I usually do because I am tall with long arms and it's a lot easier than them reaching. I'm sitting there for 8-14 hours so it's not like I have anything better to do!
