Can the OP just provide the receipt, with the sensitive information redacted? Including the 016 ticket number and MP account number, of course.

As proof of actually flying, paper boarding passes may be a better option. But be warned...your full MP# shows up on the barcode! So make sure you leave that out of any submission.
