I can't see the airport process as being easy, and you'd be pretty certain to lose subsequent sectors, or maintain them only after re-ticketing / repricing your journey.

But the question is why you would want to do this? If you wish to visit Bangkok, then booking a trip with a stop there would be the obvious solution.

You might be able to rebook your current journey to allow a stopover, there'd likely be a significant adjustment in price - but it's got to be cheaper and less bothersome than changing your mind once the plane reaches BKK
Haha. Sorry, I may have been a bit confusing. On the way back, it is easier for me to get off at BKK rather than HAN, and take a flight to my next destination, rather than from HAN.

But from what I read here, it is probably better for me to just take the entirety of the trip to avoid melodrama. Thanks!
