So it's not like the option is simply stay in the terminal and walk straight to the lounge and flop. You're quite possibly hopping on a bus anyway.
All full service airlines use DEL T3 (the international terminal), for all their flights, including domestic.
The other "domestic" terminal is the LCC terminal.
Either/both are well linked to the Aerocity (where the JW Marriot is) either by a quick and cheap Uber, or the metro airport express line (only 1 stop).
The BA lounge at DEL T3 is operated by Plaza Premium. It's a nice lounge, good food, well maintained etc. I was there this morning (for a VS flight, I should say...) and it's nice enough for a couple of hours, but clearly the JW Marriot is
much, much better for a longer stop.
