You could better it (aside from the insurance) by pairing a Business Platinum with Business Blue Plus. Business Platinum gives you $0.0154 for Pay with Points airline tickets, and Business Blue Plus gives you two points per dollar on all spending, capped at $50,000/year.
This said, I assume Chase will do something to improve Sapphire Reserve as the renewals come due at the end of this month.
I am expecting the opposite - a nerf of the benefits - given the recent article that said Chase was trying to find ways to trim $200 million from the program.
