Years ago when I worked for a different company, there was a guy in my office that was always pissing everyone off. Every time he left his Delta itinerary on the printer, I made a note of the confirmation number. The Delta website just required the confirmation number and passenger last name to access the itinerary. I'd change his seat to the worst seat on the plane. By the time he discovered his original seat selection was different, all the good seats were gone. That guy never had a good seat on a plane for the longest time. It's seems evil to do that to someone, but trust me this guy was a major league a-hole and absolutely deserved it.
