Anyone been having longer waits for On Request to progress to Ticketed?

I've got two tickets booked, one with CX in Y, other with EY in F and both have been held in "On Request" for several days now. I called about the CX ticket a few days ago and the agent said there was an issue with the ticket and she'd fixed it and to expect it ticketed in another day, but that hasn't happened yet. Since they're quite a ways away I'm not too worried yet, but was curious if anyone else has been having this issue as this is a first for me.
