I want to avoid this somehow, even for the past reservation I had in July 2017.
I have option to delete it from the menu, but my question is if the system will delete it completely or just from my account page? What if someone request a past receipt for it? Will he get it the details for the past flight?

Yes, as long as they have the last name and the reservation number, they will be able to pull it up.
