I’m United member for some time.

I found one thing which annoys me in their website – If you provide the reservation code and the name of the passenger to someone else, who even doesn’t have a registration in United.com, he/she would be able to see all the details about the flight, including what price was paid for that. The problem is that I don’t want to share everything with everybody, especially what was the cost paid for the ticket.
They even gave to anyone opportunity to request a past receipt, knowing the reservation code, names of the passenger and the date of the flight. I stayed sign out and tried to obtain a past receipt for some flight in the past and actually got it in my email after several days. The email contained the receipt of the flight with all the details, including the price paid.

I want to avoid this somehow, even for the past reservation I had in July 2017.
I have option to delete it from the menu, but my question is if the system will delete it completely or just from my account page? What if someone request a past receipt for it? Will he get it the details for the past flight?
