Silver - I don't remember getting anything (was a new member then so I did not expect much)

Gold - A plate of fruits (No Picture) (Slightly disappointed as I expected something like Macarons since they made it in-house)

Platinum - A plate of fruits at first until I raised it to Director of Rooms about how it was the same at Gold and she sent up a new one to the room within an hour.
