All FB award tickets on AF and KL come with free luggage, as my e-tickets for Ivory FB bookings show! Whether or not the SkyPriority flash shows up on the boarding pass or not, that doesn't give access to the lounge, as lounge access is not a SkyPriority perk.
Lounge access requires a business class ticket, or individual status if travelling in Economy, or failing both of those, the accompaniment and presence of a status holder willing to gift the statusless pax in. Nowhere in Flying Blue, Air France, or KLM T&Cs is it stated that lounge access is guaranteed to statusless pax travelling on a Flying Blue Economy award ticket made by a Flying Blue Gold or Flying Blue Platinum holder. That some agents may have allowed such pax access does not indicate that it is officially sanctioned.
