No idea if you are asking for too much info, over and above some stock info they have to paste into email reply to expected queries/requests from incoming guests.. eg limo airport pickup/transfer
This is also the hotels busier/pricier peak season so rates are firmer, unlike eg cooler January shoulder period.
Regards us250/night quote, you'd need to check if that was lounge-access-only, or also includes upgrade to a club rooom type. With full occupancy maybe hotel has restrict/protect lounge access headcount to just those guests with higher cat rooms that include lounge access
(ie not possible to buy lounge via a cheaper upsell without the clubroom... upsell will sometimes be the high difference of the flexrates between booked and clubroom )
