Fast track is no issue, but I'll admit that I find GVA one of the worst BA airports in Europe for staff attitude. I have had repeated issues with incompetent check in staff in case of issues, frankly unpleasant lounge attendant, etc. I'm not so much convinced it's an issue with feeling that they have time, more a mixture of deeply ingrained bureaucratic outlook and a certain arrogance, but I'd venture the guess that the station manager must be one of the worst ones around and someone who probably sees passengers as a 'problem' rather than an asset.
