I'm checking into the IC in about a week. So far I'm not impressed. l have contacted the hotel and they have made really no effort to be informative. I have to ask questions twice. There is no proactiveness to provide information about the hotel. I have been quoted 250 per night for club access which seems to be more than any other quote I've read on this forum and with absolutely no explanation of what club benefits actually are. Does anyone have an email address of a manager or someone who might be a little more helpful?
