Agree, their account security is an absolute embarrassment and so poor that it is beyond words. Those geniuses cant move beyond this ridiculous 4-digit pin and also send Ambassador renewal emails with current valid pin plain, unmasked in an unencrypted email.
The entire IT / Account Security strategy and implementation should be revamped. An utter (bad) joke.
