I had the same menu 3 days ago on a DFW-MAD flight. I chose the creole duck and it was terrible. My father had the tenderloin and he could have used it as a deadly weapon. It was that hard.

I'm in AA biz on DFW-FRA next week and I am not thrilled with this menu at all...why does it all sound so vile? I would choose the salmon but fish never turns out well in the air. It doesn't seem like anyone in this thread has liked anything from this menu - opinions?
