Agreed everyone has different needs and not suggesting AMEX does not have a fit for some. Sorry to be so strident regarding Amex and so 'giddy' about CSR but in retrospect I paid a lot of money to AMEX for what I see (in 20 20 hindsight) was little real value compared to what is in the marketplace today.
