Basically, I am seeking a card that provides 'value' without me having to spend a lot of effort finding a way to justify the cost.

Bottom line for me, the CSR does everything and more for me at 150 effective cost as the AMEX Plat would do at 550 cost. I am just sorry I couldn't get my wife to sign up for it when the 100,000 point bonus was in effect. JMHO
