Alaska will comp you, possibly to MVP Gold, if you send them proof of your LH status and let them know that you plan to fly 10 trips to BOS this year. They actually want your business and will probably grant you status based on that info. And then you could get into F (I don't know how hard it is to upgrade BOS but I bet the redeye is easier) or into exit row seats which are held for elites.
