Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I can't see that it has. Just booking a CE return (this was LHR-BCN in February) and I was surprised to see the fare conditions state that a same day change of flight is possible (like an economy 'Plus' fare). Is this new? A genuine enhancement if so.
