I also just tried to sign into my account with my standard pin. Got a message saying the pin was incorrect. Got it emailed (which as you say is not really best practice), and received a different pin than I originally had. I certainly did not change it.

But trying to log in with the new pin doesn't work either. Account is now locked for 15 minutes
