During my previous stay, I got some fruits as a Welcome Amenity and as a Platinum member, I was immediately furious as this was a Flagship Sofitel and I can get a better Welcome Amenity at Pullmans. So I immediately complained to the Director of Rooms and she send this up saying they are considering of using what you see in the picture as the new Platinum amenity.
