Indeed, I can't see a problem here. The one to watch is where the same flight number was used as AAA-BBB-CCC, where the TPs and Avios would reflect AAA-CCC only if travelled on the same day. If travelled on 2 days it would credit as AAA-BBB then BBB-CCC.

Here AAA-BBB-AAA should credit as AAA-BBB then BBB-AAA.
