I'm a big fan of Cafe Intermezzo. It's like a Viennese coffeehouse experience and they have an impressive selection of tortes to choose from as well as an extensive specialty coffee creation selection. I transit through Atlanta several times and this is always my go-to stop unless I have a several hour layover. Then I visit One Flew South.

Also, I highly recommend a pecan praline from Savannah's Candies which is right across from Cafe Intermezzo!
